My Story
I’ve never had a straight path. Just a drive to figure things out. I grew up watching my parents work hard, never having a safety net, which meant I learned early that if something was going to happen, it was up to me. That mindset shaped everything.
Hockey was my first real lesson in work ethic. I wasn’t naturally gifted, but I put in the hours—on the ice, at the outdoor rink, wherever I could. When I wasn’t playing, I was learning. That need to get good at something stuck with me.
After hockey, I got deep into music. DJing became my next obsession. It wasn’t just about playing tracks. It was about reading a room, knowing when to push, when to hold back, and how to create something people could feel. That ability to connect with an audience still shapes how I work today.
I didn’t plan on a career in marketing, brand building, or storytelling. But after years in corporate, running digital campaigns, and producing content, I realized something important: people connect with stories, not sales pitches. That’s where I thrive.
Today, my work lives across Shortline Creative, The Calgary Sessions, and Off Set Studios. Different formats, same focus. Creating space for real conversations and telling human stories in a way that feels honest and considered.
No fluff. No hype. Just real stories, told well.
